Room capacity does not include space for a band or a dance floor. Tables and chairs provided. Table cloth rental is $7.00 per table/day; Club Memberbship (alchohol) is $200.00 per event. Wedding receptions and parties with music must reserve the entire facility.

There is a fee to caterers to use the warming kitchen facility (15% of catering fee, due on the day of the event; if self-catered a $2.00 per person fee will be charged.

A $200.00 damage deposit is also required, and will be refunded after the event if there is no damage to the facility.

A 25% down payment on the room rental is required at the time the reservation is made with the balance due one week before the scheduled event. Failure to make payments on time will result in a $100 per day late fee.
